Summary

Reaper: Pool Coach does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The app does not use advertising, analytics, third-party tracking, or user accounts.

Information stored on your device

The app stores information you create while using it—including practice sessions, custom plans, Coach Me attempts, progress history, in-progress plan state, and preferences—locally on your device using Apple-provided storage.

This information is used only to provide the app’s practice, history, planning, and coaching features. It is not sent to Reaper Pool School or third parties.

Data collection and tracking

• No personal information is collected.
• No usage analytics or crash analytics are collected by the app.
• No advertising identifiers are accessed.
• No cross-app or cross-website tracking occurs.
• No information is sold or shared with data brokers or advertisers.

Data retention and deletion

Your practice information remains on your device until you remove it through available app controls, reset the relevant app data, or delete the app. Deleting the app generally removes its locally stored data from that device.

External links and support email

The app can open our website or your email app when you choose. Those services process information under their own privacy practices. When you email us, we receive your address and message, use them to respond to your request, and retain the correspondence only as needed for support. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your question.

Device backups

Your Apple device backup may include app data according to your device settings. Reaper Pool School does not have access to those backups.

Children’s privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before those changes are released.
